Rates subject to change. Rates are based on 6-person occupancy. Max 8 people per cottage (Sleeps 6 adults comfortably). Extra $20 per night per person up to 8 people

Pet Friendly Property $20 pet cleaning fee per night per stay. Max 2 pets.
All guests staying must be registered on the reservation for safety and insurance purposes.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee will be applied per each Lake House. Guests will receive a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. Once a reservation has been accepted by Copper Shore the reservation may be changed to another Lake House depending on availability and at the discretion of owner or their designate.
